Crest Jazz Vocal 2026: contemporary jazz and world music in Crest
Crest Jazz Vocal is one of the most charming jazz festivals in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, held in the medieval town of Crest, in the Drôme. Over seven days, 20 artists perform in the streets and stages of the town centre, with tickets between €20 and €30.
The 2026 edition programmes Ben l'Oncle Soul, Erik Truffaz and Dhafer Youssef, artists who illustrate the diversity of contemporary jazz, from nu jazz and spiritual jazz to fusion.
The musical palette covers acid jazz, avant-garde jazz, nu jazz, post-bop, spiritual jazz, worldbeat and free improvisation. Pop and Latin music provide openings for audiences less familiar with pure jazz.
