📋About
New Colossus Festival 2026: indie and punk festival in New York
Each year, the New Colossus Festival turns the Lower East Side of New York into a musical playground. Over six days, the festival takes over Manhattan's iconic venues to spotlight the international independent scene. True to New York's DIY spirit, New Colossus focuses on discovery and closeness between artists and audiences.
The 2026 edition hosts 106 artists exploring rock, electronic, experimental and blues. Headliners Tramhaus, Shelter and Magda set the tone for a resolutely underground lineup.
The programme covers post-punk, indie rock, shoegaze, psychedelic, dance-punk, math rock and noise. Blues rock, synth-pop and folk rock also appear, in a spirit of unapologetic eclecticism.
The New Colossus Festival 2026 runs March 3–8 in New York, United States. Discover the full programme and plan your nights out.
