Splendour Festival 2026: Indie and Alternative in Nottingham
An urban festival celebrating the indie rock, alternative rock, and electro scene, Splendour takes over Wollaton Hall & Deer Park in Nottingham from July 18 to 19, 2026. With 35 artists on the bill, the event has become a major summer gathering in central England.
The headliners feature Snow Patrol, a Northern Irish band emblematic of alternative rock and britpop, The Wombats, a figure in British indie pop, and THE FLAMING LIPS, a legend of American psychedelic rock and experimental rock. The lineup explores varied sounds between alternative dance, disco, funk, and hip-hop.
The programming blends chamber pop, funktronica, electronic rock, alternative metal, contemporary R&B, and grebo. This diversity ensures a festive atmosphere where pop melodies meet sonic experiments.
From July 18 to 19, 2026, Wollaton Hall celebrates two days of music in an exceptional historic setting. A unique experience combining heritage and contemporary musical culture.
