Upheaval Festival 2026 — Grand Rapids' Metal and Rock Festival

Upheaval Festival takes over Belknap Park in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on July 17 and 18, 2026. This two-day festival brings together sixteen artists around a powerful metal and rock lineup for Midwest heavy music fans.

The bill features three internationally caliber headliners: GOJIRA, French progressive metal titans, PAPA ROACH, nu metal and alternative rock icons, and Poppy, an unclassifiable artist blending art pop and metal.

From alternative metal to groove metal, through heavy metal, melodic death metal, melodic metalcore, and avant-garde metal, the festival covers an impressive metal spectrum. Poppy's presence adds an unexpected touch of alternative pop.
