How long does Boardmasters last?
Five days, from 5 to 9 August 2026 in Newquay, Cornwall (UK), across two sites: Watergate Bay (the main music site) and Fistral Beach (surf competition and skateboarding).
Is there a campsite?
Yes, camping is paid and included in the Weekend Camping tickets (3, 4 or 5 days). There is also General Camping, VIP Camping, Pre-Pitched, Live-Ins, plus Chilled Camping and Family Camping (new for 2026, with an 11pm noise curfew).
When can I arrive with my ticket?
The 5-day ticket grants entry from Wednesday 5 August, the 4-day from Thursday 6, the 3-day from Friday 7; all campsites must be vacated by 12pm on Monday 10 August.
Is the festival family-friendly?
Yes: free entry for ages 0-5 (no ticket needed), child tickets (6-12) from £35 and teen tickets (13-15) from £183. Family Camping (within Chilled) is free for under-15s.
What accessibility facilities are available?
Boardmasters offers a dedicated Accessible Camping (accessible toilets and showers, a Changing Places unit, a 24-hour charging point, a fridge for medication), accessible RADAR-lock toilets at every block in the Main Arena, two High Dependency Changing units with hoists, complimentary Essential Companion tickets and free Accessible Parking (requested via the Access Request Form, reviewed from March 2026).
How do I get to the festival?
A Newquay Shuttle Bus (from £12.50, unlimited) runs to Newquay Town Centre, a 15-20 minute walk from Fistral Beach; the shuttle buses are wheelchair accessible. Coach bundles and parking (from £50 camping, £25 day) are also available.
