Brakrock 2026: Two Days of Authentic Punk and Hardcore
Brakrock will take place on August 7 and 8, 2026, at Park Terelst in Belgium. With 29 artists scheduled, this DIY festival celebrates punk, hardcore punk, and ska punk in their most authentic and energetic version, attracting a loyal community of enthusiasts celebrating the rebellious spirit of these underground music genres.
Headliners include Hot Water Music, Florida emotional punk rock legends, Less Than Jake, American ska punk masters, The Get Up Kids, pioneers of emo and melodic punk, as well as AGNOSTIC FRONT, absolute icons of New York hardcore. This lineup brings together four generations of authentic punk.
The festival explores all variations of modern punk, from pop punk to street punk, passing through melodic hardcore and post-hardcore. Brakrock stands out for its community atmosphere, affordable prices, and commitment to the independent scene, far from the commercial compromises of mainstream music industry.
A true institution of the Belgian punk scene since 1998, Brakrock embodies the values of authenticity, solidarity, and cultural resistance that found the punk movement. It's an intense and joyful gathering where all those who still believe in the transformative power of three chords played loud and fast come together.
