Electric Avenue 2026: the pop and electro festival in Christchurch
An annual electronic music and pop festival in Christchurch, Electric Avenue takes over Hagley Park in 2026. Featuring 8 artists, the event celebrates a wide range of sounds, between pop, electro, reggae, and rock, in the green setting of New Zealand's largest park.
The lineup brings together international references: Kesha, an American dance-pop icon, LEFTFIELD, British house pioneers, and Maverick Sabre. The New Zealand local scene is represented by ROYEL OTIS, Kora, and Mim Jensen.
The lineup explores the territories of pop rock, europop, and downtempo. The atmosphere is festive and family-friendly, in the spirit of large southern hemisphere summer festivals.
