Herzberg Festival, or Burg Herzberg Festival, is a cult rock event held in the ruins of Herzberg Castle in the Rhineland-Palatinate region of Germany. One of the oldest rock festivals in Germany, it has drawn fans of psychedelic and heavy music for decades.
The 2026 edition, 30 July to 2 August, features 5 artists. Headliners are Derya Yıldırım & Grup Şimşek and NAFT, joined by KADAVAR, ELDER and Wolfmother across rock and metal.
The musical palette covers stoner rock, psychedelic rock, doom metal, sludge metal, blues rock and alternative. Ideal programming for fans of slow, hypnotic rock.
