Poole Harbour Festival: Three Eclectic Days of Britpop, Indie Rock and Trance at Baiter Park
From July 31 to August 2, 2026, Baiter Park hosts the Poole Harbour Festival, a summer event blending britpop, indie rock, trance, and house. Located on the shores of Poole Harbour, this family-friendly festival offers an eclectic lineup ranging from iconic British bands to electronic DJ sets. The summery maritime atmosphere creates an ideal setting for three days of varied music in Poole.
The lineup brings together prestigious headliners: Kaiser Chiefs, champions of post-punk revival, Scouting for Girls, masters of catchy pop rock, and The Fratellis, specialists in garage rock. Also featured are Judge Jules, progressive trance legend, and Groove Armada (DJ set).
The festival explores an exceptionally diverse sonic palette: anthemic britpop, melodic indie pop, energetic alternative rock, raw garage rock, sunny power pop, hypnotic progressive trance, groovy tech house, and festive dance-pop. This musical richness allows for alternating between energetic live concerts and danceable electronic sessions, creating a multigenerational experience. The festive spirit and proximity to the harbor contribute to a unique summery atmosphere.
