Rose Festival 2026: pop and hip-hop festival in Toulouse, France
Rose Festival takes over MEETT - Parc des Expositions & Centre de Conventions in Toulouse from August 27 to 29, 2026, for three days of pop, hip-hop and electronic music. This festival brings together 8 international artists from the French, Quebec and American scenes.
The 2026 edition features three major headliners: Quebec singer Charlotte Cardin, figure of chanson québécoise and alternative R&B, Moroccan rapper Ino Casablanca, and American MC Macklemore, pioneer of conscious hip-hop.
The French lineup shines with Afrobeats queen Aya Nakamura, DJ DJ Snake master of dance and house, producer Kungs, cloud rap rapper Josman and bedroom pop singer Iliona. Between French rap, pop rap, contemporary R&B and jazz.

What are the dates and venue of the 2026 edition?
Held in France, the Rose Festival runs over three days — Thursday 27, Friday 28 and Saturday 29 August 2026 — at the MEETT (Concorde Avenue, Aussonne), 20 minutes from Toulouse.
Is there a campsite?
No, there is no campsite on the site. The festival does, however, offer partner hotels in Toulouse and Blagnac with a 15% discount on presentation of a Pass.
Is payment cashless?
Yes — cash is gone. On site, only the cashless card (topped up with the amount of your choice, €1 activation fee) and bank cards or apps such as Apple Pay / Google Pay are accepted.
What is the policy for children and teenagers?
Entry is forbidden for under-3s and not advised for ages 3-6. Any child or teenager up to 14 must be accompanied by an adult, and no free or reduced rate is offered.
How do I get to the festival?
The MEETT is served by the Tisséo network, notably tram line T1 towards MEETT. By train, head to Toulouse Matabiau station then reach the site by metro and tram. Nearly 400 bike racks are installed at the entrance.
How does disabled-visitor (PSH) access work?
A dedicated PSH box office lets you book places on the platforms and seated areas, which are limited in number; requests are made in advance with the organisers.
When was the festival created?
The Rose Festival was created on the initiative of Bigflo & Oli; its sold-out first edition was held on 2-3 September 2022 in Toulouse.
