Since 2001, the Chiemsee Reggae Summer Festival has been Germany's largest reggae gathering. Held at Festivalgelände Übersee by Lake Chiemsee in Bavaria, the festival brings together 22 artists over three days celebrating reggae, dub and dancehall culture in a unique alpine setting.
The 2026 edition features the biggest names in international reggae and the European scene. The festival spans roots reggae, dub, dancehall and reggae fusion in a friendly and festive atmosphere.
The bill also ventures into ska, rocksteady, lovers rock and digital reggae. Afrobeat, hip-hop and world music round out a lineup celebrating the diversity of Jamaican sounds.
