Rebellion 2026: the world's largest punk festival in Blackpool, UK
Founded in 1996 as Holidays in the Sun, Rebellion Festival has become the world's largest punk gathering. Every summer, it takes over Blackpool's Winter Gardens for four days of non-stop concerts across six stages. With 150 bands programmed and a capacity of 6,000 participants, the festival cultivates a unique community atmosphere where punk movement veterans and new generations mingle.
The 2026 edition brings together British punk rock legends: The Stranglers, Stiff Little Fingers, and Die Toten Hosen headlining. Also featured: Cockney Rejects, Cock Sparrer, Anti Nowhere League, and 999.
The lineup embraces every punk variant: UK82, street punk, celtic punk, deathrock, art punk, and even reggae. Beyond concerts, the festival offers vinyl record markets, tattoos, film screenings, and exhibitions dedicated to punk movement history.
